Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

At Discount Vape Nepal, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your options.

1. Returns:

  • We accept returns for unused products within 24 hours of the original purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Full refunds are not available for returned products.

2. Exchanges:

  • Unused products may be eligible for exchange within 24 days of the original purchase date.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for the exchange.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

3. Shipping Charges:

  • The customer is responsible for bearing the shipping charges for exchanging products.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return or exchange is due to an error on our part.

4. Refunds:

  • Full refunds are not available for returned products.
  • In the case of an approved return, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit or a partial refund, minus any applicable restocking fees.
  • Refunds will be processed within 48 hours days of receiving the returned item.

5. Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and its packaging.
  • We will assess the situation and provide instructions on returning the item for a replacement or refund.
